BLOG #82    IS CHANGE A POSSIBILIITY?  #5    11/20/2020

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation;

the old has gone. The new has come!

II Corinthians 5:17, NIV

The Apostle Paul talks about a dwelling place that is spiritual in nature. He says, “Now we know that if our earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not build by human hands” (II Corinthians 5:1, NIV).

We need to tear-down the dwelling place of apathy. Amongst some, an attitude of neither right nor wrong exists.

We need to tear-down the dwelling place of self-centeredness. That is, to tear down the desire to worship ourselves.

If we are building upon the old house of our lives, we cannot have the joy of living in Christ.

In the new house Jesus builds, there is a home which will last forever. In Christ, (that is, firmly established in Christ) our old house is made new.
